Napoleon  forms a new great arm in the United States under the command of General Marquis de Lafayette and five years later by Sam Houston ,governor of Tennessee and he found a new confederation in Vera Cruz ,Mexico. The Emperor Napoleon of the new Confederation will be supported by the General Antonio Lopez de Santa Anna who is representing the last political power to stop the belligerents  until the very end .But unfortunately the Great Emperor of all is unavoidably heading for Mexican War.
